1 Introduction

• "Game Provider" means a third-party licensed studio that supplies casino, slot, live dealer or instant game content to the h5atas platform.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and document verification process required by h5atas before processing withdrawals or fulfilling certain account actions.

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the h5atas platform for personal entertainment purposes only. 10 Limitation of Liability

11 Suspension & Termination

h5atas reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where:

• A breach of these Terms is identified or reasonably suspected.
• The account holder is found to be under 21 years of age.
• Identity verification documents are not provided within the required timeframe.
• Account activity suggests fraud, money laundering, collusion, bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct.
• A self-exclusion request has been submitted by the account holder or identified through responsible gambling monitoring.

Where an account is closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, h5atas may withhold some or all of the account balance in accordance with the circumstances of the breach, subject to applicable law. Legitimate balances will be returned to the account holder's verified payment method where no breach is established.

12 Amendments
